What
Agents receive points for a variety of actions. They are earned each time an agent receives feedback from a consumer, online referrals from their past clients, feedback from other agents and confirming, updating and adding resources like links to their blogs and websites.
The quality of the data and frequency of their interaction with their market dictates their rating. All these attributes paint a recognizable portrait of the agent and their reputation through the transparent medium, Agent Scoreboard.
As agents complete transactions, they forward feedback requests to both their clients and the agent on the other side of the deal. The resulting feedback is posted to their Agent Scoreboard account. You can view agent profiles on agentscoreboard.com or on a participating broker’s site (if they display our feed or facebook widget), you can read through individual comments and review agent point totals, gaining a more complete and fair picture of each agent than what other simple or subjective rating systems afford. In this scenario, comments and reviews are measured along with the agent’s participation in building their online reputation. We believe this give you, the consumer a more fair and balanced view of the agents skills and abilities and increases the credibility of the feedback system, itself.
